Applying the first layer of the conductive fabric.

1: The next layer is left on the table to easily fint the right piece. 2: Transparent silicone is used to glue the fabric to the foam-shape. Most glues did not adhere at all to the fabric. 3: The silicone is applied thinly, and the fabric is gently attached such that no silicone comes through the mesh to insulate from the layer of pressure-sensitive rubber.

Preparing the conductive fabric

1: The foam-shape after a finer cut and application of a softer second layer of foam. 2: Cutting the conductive fabric (Soft Mesh) roughly in double layer, triangular shapes. 3: The roughly cut Soft Mesh on the "Donut".

The inner foam-shape roughly cut into shape.
